Because digital products are delivered immediately or made accessible upon purchase, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for digital products, except where required by law.
Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

- guides
- downloadable resources
- workshops
- educational materials
- digital kits
- checklists
- other electronic products

Services
Service payment terms, deposits, billing schedules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:
- payments for completed work are non-refundable
- project deposits reserve time and may be non-refundable once scheduling and work preparation begin
- recurring retainer billing follows the terms of the applicable service agreement
